– First takeoff: 0700

• PA and Form Sims in A/C - as req’d.

• Classes will be taught on site (as needed)
– SFS (Hall), Form (Widmayer)
• Testing and CAIs are available
– Complete as soon as opted, even if not scheduled
(crew day permitting)

• Flight Gear
– Flight suits, boots, gloves, cover, G-suit, harness, helmet, clear
visor
• Publications
– NATOPS, PCL, Quadfold, Mini ATJ, FTIs
• KROW IFG, Sectionals, and FAA Flip will be distributed on site
• Personal Gear
– Civilian clothing, thermals, toiletries, PT gear, winter hat, gloves,
jacket
• Optional Items
– Leather or Nomex Jacket, systems study guides, other study
materials
• NO HARD SIDED LUGGAGE (40 LB MAX!)

Deployment SOE
• FRI: 30 Jan ODB 1600 for Det Players
• Flight Gear put into labeled bags (parachute bag)
– Hand carry flight vest
• Luggage (40 lbs max) due in Ready Room by
Friday Jan 30th at 1700
• Label all luggage (Tape will match hotel, list will
be posted)
– “VT-3, LAST, FIRST, IP or STUD”
– Tape available in ready room on 30 Jan
– CL’s are responsible for all luggage in place and on
time

Deployment SOE
• SUN – 01 FEB: NALO Lift (UOD: Flight Suits)
– 1400 CST: Muster in Sq Ready Room by class
• Park cars in designated spaces (car pool if able)
• LCDR Tanner– Distribute orders to Class Leaders -> Members
• Can have one personal bag (backpack, purse, etc)
– 1500 CST: Load up on buses in front of Sq for trans to
NPA
– 1640 CST: Arrive @ NPA Pax Terminal, SRO provides
accountability
– 1840 CST: Depart on NALO to KROW

• LCDR Tanner
– Pick up orders for the main body movement by COB on 30
Jan (studs and IPs).
– On 01 FEB, distribute orders (to class leaders and then they
pass to their classes) during muster for NALO lift.
– Assign 3 groups of 10 students to assist with unloading at
KROW
– Delegate other duties as required

unload/transport luggage

SNA Swaps
• Rotators will transport SNAs to and from Roswell
– 2 per week (possibility of 10 SNAs a week)
• CAPT Harris coordinate w/home station

• Ensure arriving SMAs meet pre reqs:

Transportation
• 3 Staff cars
– CO/XO, OPSO, LOGS
• TRANSO maintains vehicle sign out log (IP Hotel)
• 6 minivans
– 4 to IP hotel. 2 to student hotel
• 2 duty vans
– 1 at IP hotel. 1 at Student hotel. Use generally 1 with an
assigned duty driver daily who goes between hotels and airport
regularly. Readjust timeline as flying schedule dictates
• There will be GSA cards available to fill up cars.
– Cars need to be full prior to Sunday when we get the day off
since there is no FDO.
