05.04.2011 (9.00 am): Departure by bus
Arrival at the Cliffs of Moher at 11.00 am
Typical misty and windy Irish weather
Back at the apartments at 6.00 pm
The group was guided and accompanied by a group of
Irish students
There was a special occasion on the 11.04.2011
- the *8th birthday of Mrs Ellwanger
A group of Irish students planned the trip for us.
They showed us around on the Dingle Peninsula
and we discovered the most beautiful sights of
the western Irish coast.
During 4 days at the college we worked on .....
 a presentation about our hotel or restaurant .
 a flyer or brochure about Ireland with pieces of
interesting information.
 a short report about the economy of Ireland
and Germany



We want to thank everyone for the support
before our departure and during the stay in
Ireland.
The project is really interesting for all trainees
in the hotel & catering business. You can gain
many experiences by working in Ireland.
Thanks for all!
