Ice Cream Pies

• • • • Why this is a great option – It’s easy. Vouchers are given to the customer upon check/money receipt and the customer picks up their pie from the store at their convenience. No time required from your organization to organize and distribute pies.

– Fundraiser packet is printed and created by us.

– The customer has many pie options to choose from.

– $3 per pie goes to your organization.

Best time to offer pies is Nov-Jan Pie prices are $13 to $14 depending on pie Fundraiser packet includes a sale log, vouchers, and descriptions of each pie Everyday is a GREAT day for ice cream.

Cold Stone To Go

• • • • Why this is a great option – Again, it’s easy. Vouchers are given to the customer upon money receipt. The customer comes to the store at their convenience and selects a quart of their favorite ice cream and up to 4 mix ins. We make their order real time for them to eat or take home in our Cold Stone to Go (CSTG) container. No time required from your organization to organize and distribute ice cream.

– Fundraiser packet is printed and created by us.

– The customer has many options to choose from.

– $2 per Cold Stone To Go goes to your organization.

Best time to offer CSTG is Feb-Apr CSTG are $8 each Fundraiser packet includes sale log, vouchers and CSTG information Everyday is a GREAT day for ice cream.

Ice Cream Week

• • • Why this is a great option – It gives the flexibility of 4 nights for people to come in. Most people have busy family and work lives and it is difficult making time for an event on one specific day/night. This allows flexibility to attend the event any of the 4 days. A voucher template will be created for your organization and openly distributed by your organization. Vouchers must be brought in during the ice cream week and 15% of each sale with a voucher will be donated to your organization.

– The customer can purchase anything in the store and 15% goes to your organization.

Voucher template is created by us; however it is printed and distributed by your organization. Vouchers cannot be distributed within the First and Main Town Center.

Best time for Ice Cream Week late September through early May. Some exclusions apply.

Ice Cream Cakes

• • • • Why this is a great option – It’s easy. Vouchers are given to the customer upon check/money receipt and the customer picks up their cake from the store at their convenience. No time required from your organization to organize and distribute cakes.

– Fundraiser packet is printed and created by us.

– The customer has many cake options to choose from.

– The customer can request a personal message on the cake upon pick up, e.g. Happy Birthday, Congratulations… – $3/$4 per cake goes to your organization.

Best time to offer cakes is May-Sept. Some exclusions apply.
