Program Summary
• Four-month practicum or thesis options
• Blend of classroom and in future online course
delivery
• Completion in 16-24 months (full-time) or up to four
years (part-time)
• Year One: fall and winter terms: core and elective
courses; summer term: practicum/thesis
• Year Two: fall term: core and elective courses;
practicum capstone paper; winter term: thesis
completion
Program Summary
• The MPH program will include a generalist focus for all
students.
• Learner centred support with personal learning plan and
portfolio
• Elective courses will be available in areas of focus and
new electives may be developed if interest is identified
• Additional areas of focus:

– Environmental Health
– Population and Public Health Research Methods
