Diffusion Rules
• (1) Minimum width of N+ or P+ diffusion or
implant is 3 lambda.
• (2) Minimum distance between two P+ or two N+
diffusions is 3 lambda.
• (3) Minimum distance between well boundry and
diffusion is 3 lambda.
• (4) Distance between N+ polarization and well
boundry is 3 lambda.
• (5) Minimum distance between N+ diffusion and
well boundry is 6 lambda.
