 To seek information from collateral sources
 To make periodic reports or coordinate care
 To make referrals
DISCLOSURE WITHOUT CONSENT:
 Medical emergency
 Child abuse mandated reporting
 Communications between program staff
*Disclose information with caution, consequences of disclosure may be
detrimental to the client
