Empires Review 1450-1750
Each group of 3 will be assigned a land based empire and a sea based
empire to make a poster on. Each deserves its own poster
You need to focus on:
How are these empires similar and different?
Why did the empires rise, fall, or stay powerful?
Who was important in the success and failures of the empires?
What were the important events for the empires?
Why is something an important source?
Empires
Land Based: Ottomans, Japan, China, Russia, India
Sea Based: France, Britain, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands
