Ethics Policy Agreement
본인은 직무를 수행함에 있어 고객에게는 정직하고, 협력업체에 대해서는 공정한 거래를 통
한 상호 발전을 추구하며, 경쟁사와는 정정당당하게 경쟁하여 주주와 사회에 책임과 의무를
다하기 위하여 다음 사항을 준수할 것을 서약합니다.
I hereby agree to the statements below so that I may accomplish my mission, which is to
deal honestly with customers, to pursue mutual development in fair business transactions
with suppliers, and to act in a responsible manner in consideration of my duties to the
owners of this business and to society at large, and to compete in good faith with
competitors.
1.업무 수행 시 회사의 윤리 규정을 준수하여 어떠한 불공정 거래 및 부정, 비리
행위도 하지 않겠습니다.
I do not transact business in an unfair, unjust or unreasonable manner under the
precepts of the company ethics policy.
2. 업무 수행 과정에서 회사 임직원의 비윤리 행위 및 부정, 비리 행위를 인지
하였을 경우나, 고객 및 협력업체로 부터 부정 및 비리 행위의 제안을 받았을
경우에는 즉시 윤리위원회에 알리겠습니다.
I immediately notify the Ethics Committee when I become aware of unfair, unjust or
unreasonable actions by company executives and employees in the carrying out of
their duties or when an inappropriate proposal has been made to me.
3. 윤리 규정을 위배하는 각종 행위 여부에 대한 정기 및 수시 조사가 진행될
경우, 회사가 요청하는 관련 자료(비 윤리 행위를 조사하는데 필요한 서류)의
제출 등 모든 협조를 다하겠습니다.
I comply with company requests for documents related to the investigation of unfair,
unjust or unreasonable acts or activities.
4. 만약 이 서약서를 위반할 경우 이에 따르는 모든 책임을 감수하겠습니다.
I agree to take responsibility if I fail to follow the statements in this agreement.

본 서약서는 2 부를 작성하여 1부는 본인이 보관하고, 1 부는 회사에 제출합니다.
I sign two copies of this agreement to submit one copy to the company and keep
one copy for myself.
