Micro current
Used in the USA for over twenty years in the
rehabilitation of stroke patients
Micro current uses a microamp ( 1000 microamps to a
milliamp
Modified galvanic current
The current is interrupted causing it to behave like a
faradic current, therefore combining the brightening
effects of galvanic with the toning effects of faradic
Micro current treatments must be sold to the client as
a commitment. A course of 10 – 12 treatments in a
facial twice a week with the course being repeated
twice a year and a maintained programme of monthly
facials

Cleanse – desincrustation gel

Probing techniques
GRAB – One probe is stationary, grab and
lift the muscle
SLIDE – Both probes stationary at the bulk
of the muscle and both probes move away
from each other ( stretching it to relax it)
GLIDE – One probe is stationary, the other
probe moves towards it in a gliding
movement ( to shorten the muscle) or
moves away with a gliding movement ( to
stretch it)
