Mobile phones, ipads etc should not be at the table Students will be involved in evening activities such as quizzes and bum boarding which are led by Equity staff and supervised by HWS staff Students will also participate in French Speaking and Listening activities • Breakfast at • Depart Montgenerve •Arrive HWS • Students are not allowed to engage in: Drinking Smoking Drug abuse Inappropriate sexual behaviour (Students will not be allowed at any time into the rooms of students of the opposite gender. Students will stay in their own rooms after bedtime) If students are involved in a any of the behaviour outlined above, or any other behaviour which is deemed to be a serious breach of HWS expectations, your son/ daughter will return to the UK before the end of the trip In the event that students break French law, the local police will be contacted Please be aware that any valuables that your son/ daughter brings will be at their own risk Lost or stolen items are not included on the insurance Ski clothing essential (The ski clothing does not need to be expensive or branded, we suggest Decathalon http://www.decathlon.co.uk/ ) Ski jacket and Sallopettes (trousers) Ski gloves Ski goggles Ski socks Midlayers such as fleeces or thermals Sunscreen Also required Walking/ snow boots or other suitable shoes to walk around an icy resort Clothes to walk around resort e.g. wolly hat, scarf (its going to be cold!) Clothes to wear every evening/ night time in the hotel Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, tooth brush, tooth paste, deodorant etc Optional Euros (maximum 60)
