• Regardless of where your team finished, I would like to congratulate you on completing the business simulation. This opportunity allows you to see the complexity and interactions within a large company as it operates over time in a competitive environment.

• It also allows you a chance to practice working with a diverse group of people as you make your decisions. Every opportunity missed, strategy ignored, or mistake made has hopefully taught you a valuable lesson that will serve you well in the ‘real world.’ What you take away is what makes you a winner.
