Deaf Awareness Project

The purpose of the Deaf Awareness Project is to draw attention to deaf people, their culture, accomplishments and their issues.

Iconic Sign Art Requirements

 8.5 x 11” minimum size  Use color  Should be visible from about 15 feet away  Name/class in SW on back  English translation on front  SignWriting translation on front  Hands are pictured (may print out / trace)  Motion is shown (arrows)  A picture is used to describe your iconic sign  The sign chosen must be truly iconic
