Each year members of AGSH elect
officers and representatives to serve
on history department committees.
AGSH provides opportunities for
professional development and social
activities, including sponsoring two
annual picnics, a monthly "Meet the
Faculty" event, and workshops on
relevant professional issues.
There is a small membership fee
collected at the beginning of the year
to cover expenses.
