Average
Diploma Score
(world avg.)
Schools typically do not publish the percentage of their students who attempt to earn the IB Diploma. In most
schools, only their most capable students make the effort. At SPH, nearly every student in grade 12 is registered for
the diploma. Of those who are registered, almost 95% of our students regularly earn the diploma.
Our aim is to have 70% of our students scoring above the world average of 30 points.

Physical and Health Education
• Partnership
• Being Physically active is a LIFESTYLE that begins at
home – or is at least highly supported from home.
• The key is intentionality – Be intentional about
being active as a family
• Fitness revolution
Physical and Health Education
How much physical activity does your child need?
• According to the World Health Organization:
“In order to improve cardiorespiratory and
muscular fitness, bone health, and cardiovascular
and metabolic health biomarkers:
• Children and youth aged 5–17 should accumulate at
least 60 minutes of moderate- to vigorous-intensity
physical activity daily.
• Amounts of physical activity greater than 60 minutes
provide additional health benefits.
Physical and Health Education
• We are passionate about active and healthy kids.
So many benefits and so much enjoyment can come
from physical activity. Besides health benefits:
•
•
•
•
•
