Terms and Methods of Payment:
Registration Fees and Instructions for the Cardiovascular
Nursing Review Course and/or Certification Exams:
1) Seton Medical Center Staff Fees: $120 Course Only; and an
additional $250 for the CVRN I Exam
2) All Non- Seton Medical Center Staff Fees: $160 Course Only;
and an additional $295 for CVRN I Exam
A Pre-Registration fee is required for only the Course which
must be paid by January 17th 2015 in order to reserve your seat
and handout in this Course. Any registrations received after this
date will be assessed a $20 late fee and will be considered a
walk-in registrant.
1) Pay Online with a credit card at www.accn.net in our
online Store.
2) To Pay by check or money order, make payable to ABCM
(may combine Course and Exam fees in one, or separate
checks) and mail along with the Registration Form on the
next page to: ABCM, P.O. Box 3219, Spring Hill, FL
34611.
3) Do not mail your Course Registration fee after January 9th
to assure safe arrival by January 17th. If you register later
than the 17th, please email us of your intent to attend the
Course (keeping in mind, you will be considered a walk in
and will have to pay the late fee of $20 extra if you miss

4) If you are undecided about the Exam, you may wait to pay
for it onsite with cash or check.
