SMPS for 3-Ph Input
1500V MOSFET
The SMPS have been designed for industrial applications for auxiliary power supplies;
The input voltage in such applications can range between 230Vac and 460Vac;
The proposed power supplies are based on the high voltage power MOSFET, with
VDS=1500V;
The power supply topology is the Quasi-resonant Flyback, driven by the primary
controller L6565;
Two demoboard have been developed:

DB#1 – 10W SMPS with two isolated outputs

DB#2 – 40W SMPS with double output
