LEAVES IN A TALL COLLINS GLASS.
FILL WITH ICE THEN ADD RUM AND
COCONUT WATER
SHAKE, SERVE UP,GARNISHED WITH A
STRAWBERRY SLICE

1 ½ OUNCES ST GERMAIN ELDERFLOWER
LIQUEUR
2 OUNCES SMALL-BATCH GOLD RUM
3 OUNCES COCONUT WATER
2-4 OUNCES ICE COLD COCONUT WATER.
SHAKE ST GERMAIN UNTIL ICY COLD.
FILL A COLLINS GLASS WITH ICE, ADD
STRAIN INTO A LOWBALL
RUM AND COCONUT WATER TO TASTE.
FILLED WITH ICE
STIR UNTIL ICY COLD AND SERVE.
ADD A SQUEEZE OF FRESH LIME JUICE
AND FULLY EMBRACE THE ISLAND SPIRITS

2 ounces ricard pastis or lucid absinthe
Small pitcher cold KOH COCONUT WATER
Small pitcher ice( koh coconut water ice cubes
optional)
Pour spirits in a Collins glass and add drops of coconut
water and cubes of ice to taste. The spirits will
become cloudy as you add water
