Approximately 220 linear feet of footer 24-28” in
width by 24-26” thick reinforced with No. 4 bars
and Fibermesh 650 at 3.0 lb treatment per
cubic yard. The FM650 fiber provided added
benefits such as toughness around the rebar
matrix including reduction in water migration,
drying and plastic shrinkage cracking, and
100% positive placement of reinforcement
everywhere in this home’s foundation.

Approximately 150 linear
feet of wall 4” in width
reinforced with # 4 rebar
and Novomesh 950 dosed
at 5 lb per cubic yard. The
N950 fiber reinforces the
concrete matrix around the
rebar for100% positive
placement of reinforcement
in all areas of the concrete
walls, even where the rebar
is not located.

“We never saw any fiber accumulate
on the pumping screen, which can
occur when there is any sign of fiber
not being dispersed throughout the
mix.
The fiber seemed to prevent the mix
from traditionally running down the
length of the form and provided a more
consistent slump for ease of pumping
and distributing.”
