Extreme sports is a popular term for certain
activities perceived as having a high level of
inherent danger.
These activities often involve speed, height, a
high level of physical exertion, and highly
specialized gear.

While the exact definition and what is included
as extreme sport is debatable, some attempted
to make classification for extreme sports.
In 2004, author Joe Tomlinson classified
extreme sports into those that take place :
Skydiving

Parachuting, or skydiving, is the action sport of
exiting an aircraft and returning to earth with the
aid of gravity while using a parachute to slow
down during the final part of the descent. It may
or may not involve a certain amount of free-fall,
a time during which the parachute has not been
deployed and the body gradually accelerates
to terminal velocity.
Driving

Drifting is a driving technique where the driver
intentionally oversteers, causing loss of traction
in the rear wheels, while maintaining control
from entry to exit of a corner.
Skateboarding

Skateboarding is an action sport which involves
riding and performing tricks using a skateboard.
Skateboarding can also be considered a
recreational activity, an art form, a job, or a
method of transportation.Skateboarding has
been shaped and influenced by many
skateboarders throughout the years.
