Its time to leave, so make sure your bags are
packed and you have everything you need!
Meet at School in the early morning and
depart school shortly after to head for your
Euro Tunnel / Ferry crossing to Calais
Arrive in Calais at midday and depart to your
resort
Drive through France and Belgium before
arriving in South Holland. This part of journey
takes about 4 hours.
Mid-late afternoon Welcome to Valkenburg!
Here you will meet your reps, be assisted with
check-in and an evening meal will be prepared
for you.
Tuesday 29th October 2013
Its your first full day in Valkenburg! Enjoy a buffet
breakfast served in your accommodation and pack up
your lunch for the day.
Transfer to the Football, Hockey and Netball training
venue for your morning coaching sessions with our UK
Qualified Coaches.
Return to the Hotel for a hot lunch (Netballers have
packed meal at training venue)
 Football and Hockey have a free afternoon to spend
at leisure or taking part in an excursion (supplement
applies)
Travel to evening Football and Hockey fixtures against
Dutch opposition taking a packed evening meal with
you *date and times TBC. Netballers have a hot evening
meal and a free evening to spend at leisure or take part
in an excursion.
Wednesday 30th October 2013
Buffet style breakfast will be served in your Hotel
Transfer to the Football, Hockey and Netball
training venue for your second morning coaching
session with our UK Qualified Coaches
Return to the Hotel for a hot lunch (Netballers
have packed meal at training venue)
Football and Hockey have Free Afternoon for
Excursions
Travel to evening Football and Hockey fixtures
against Dutch opposition taking a packed evening
meal with you*date and times TBC. Netballers
have a hot evening meal anda free evening to
spend at leisure or take part in an excursion.

* If your teams are not compatible for the tournament, they
will receive additional coaching or fixture at no extra cost.
Friday 1st November 2013
Its time to say your last minute goodbyes,
we hope you had a memorable time with us!
Depart resort in the morning and head for
Calais for your Euro Tunnel / Ferry crossing to
Folkestone / Dover
Arrive in Dover mid-afternoon and head
back to your school.
Arrive at your school in the evening, where
the tour arrangements will end, and we wish
you all a safe journey home.
Local Weather Conditions
The weather at this time of year is slightly warmer
than here in England. In October, average temperature
is around 12-16 degrees.
It is best to prepare for some showers so make sure
you bring your coat!
It can get quite chilly at night time, temperatures can
dip as low as 4 or 5 degrees.
It is best to prepare for mild weather and the odd
cold day, and maybe if your lucky, the odd warm day
too!

Payment
• Full cost = £480
• This will be all on Parentpay.
• 2 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS which secures your place on the
tour.
• 31st July: £65 (non refundable)
• 30th Sept: £65 (non refundable)
• 8 x £43.75 which can be varied accordingly but FULL payment
needed by 30th June 2013
What next?
• If you are interested you must speak to Miss Gibbins in
PE or the finance office to get your child's name added
onto Parentpay so that the deposit can be paid online.
• This is really important as unless a deposit is paid your
child will miss out.
