• Use the Well Guasa board to evenly spread the oil.
• Scrape with downward strokes. • For chest areas scrape from inside outwards • Drink a glass of warm water immediately after the Guasa •Do not shower for at least 60 minutes after the Guasa •Avoid taking a heavy meal before and after the Guasa

Maintenance:
•After Guasa regime wash it with clean water.
•Wipe dry with a clean cloth and keep it back in the pouch.
•Do not drop it as it may break.
•Do not use chipped or cracked Guasa board.
