• 分野
– 石油・ガス、電力といったエネルギー関連が主
– 2011年度の内、43億4400万ドルが中国による水
力発電投資

外国投資法
• 1988年 外国投資法制定
• 2012年11月2日、新外国投資法成立
– 法人税減免期間が３年から５年に延長
– ミャンマー投資委員会（MIC)による規制（2013年1月31日発表）
• 外国投資が禁止される分野 21
• 外国企業がミャンマー企業との合弁のみによって認可される分
野 42
• 投資認可に当たって事業の所管省による意見書や連邦政府の
承認などが求められる分野 115
• 特定の条件下でのみ参入可能な分野 27
