Health Risk Assessment
New!
• Complete a Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
during Open Enrollment to reduce your
monthly premium beginning January 2013!
• Biometric data is needed for the HRA: Height,
Weight, Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose,
Cholesterol, and Waist Circumference
HRA stands for Health Risk Assessment

8
Health Risk Assessment
Why?
• What you don’t know can hurt you. Being
aware of your health risks can help you take
steps toward improved health and lowering
your medical premium.
• Your medical premium is based on the health
of everyone enrolled. Even small
improvements in health can result in savings.
