The navigation officer can use the OSD radar system as a normal ARPA
radar and then easily switch over to the oil spill function whenever
necessary. The operator will be falimiliar with the operation of the system.
航行驾驶员会像使用普通ARPA雷达一样来使用此款康士廉溢油雷达,当
需要使用溢油功能时,非常简单地转换即可。
Non-Consilium OSD
The system is for the most of the time unused. The operator will be
unfamiliar with the system when necessary. More training courses are
necessary.
