Congratulations on your decision to be a participating hotel in this Meeting Bonus Promotion. I would like to
take this opportunity to provide you with an outline of the advertising support behind this promotion and to
also provide you with customizable sell sheets.
ADVERTISING SUPPORT
To build awareness of this Meetings Promotion among Meeting Planners, we have updated our online and
print meetings advertising plan to specifically feature this promotion for InterContinental® , Crowne Plaza®,
Holiday Inn® / Holiday Inn Express® hotels.
Online Advertising
– Online banner ads for InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn / Holiday Inn Express hotels will
run on select websites that are targeted to meeting planners, in both English and French
– E-blasts targeted to opted-in meeting planners that are subscribers to meeting websites
– Each branded ad and eblast will click through to a Canadianized landing page for each respective
brand. The landing pages highlight the various levels of bonus points earned via this great promotion.
– Please see the blocking charts on the next page for the advertising schedule.

SELL SHEETS
All participating hotels will receive sell sheets that they can customize to feature their own property,
contact person and co-ordinates.
– The customizable area on the sell sheet is highlighted with a coloured comment box that
provides directions.
– After inputting your custom information, you can print the sell sheets as-is without removing the
comment box, because the comment box doesn’t print.
– However, if you would like to remove the coloured comment box, (as you might want to do if you
want to email your customized sell sheet), then just simply right click the comment box and hit
delete. Then it’s ready for emailing.
– The sell sheets are available in English and French
– The sell sheets accompany this presentation and email
