Works in progress
We are progressing on with the internal installations with the walls now plastered and decorations being
applied. Mechanical and electrical works are nearly installed with the flooring and ceilings being prepared
for installation. The window installations' should be complete soon and the external cladding is still
progressing well .
We have received a number of replies to express interest in an open day to discuss the project and have a
look at the drawings, this will be arranged in the near future and invitations will be sent out in due course.
We continue to keep the main roads clean and reduce delivery vehicles waiting on the main road.
We understand that our construction activities often give some cause for concern relating to traffic
movements, we are committed to minimizing these effects and becoming a positive part of the community
and assure you we are monitoring this closely to ensure this does not impact the neighbouring residents
and local community.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that a construction site can be a dangerous
environment. Therefore we would ask you to reiterate to your children about the dangers of scaling the
boundary hoarding and entering the sites generally.
