Welcome to our first Newsletter - July 2013
We would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are Galliford Try Partnerships SE and will be the
main contractor for the Batavia road development. We are working on behalf of one Housing group.
The Architects are HKR Architects and the Engineers are Walker associates. We will give you more
information on the consultants as we progress.
The Scheme is the demolition of existing buildings and the design and construction of 114 No
residential units in three blocks together with 1768 m² of commercial space and 116 m² of Café space
together with associated external works and services and improvements to Batavia Road and Pocket
Park at New Cross, London, SE14 6BQ.
The accommodation is to be to include 101 No Private Sale and 13 No Shared Ownership units.
We are currently erecting the hoarding around the perimeter of the site. We are having to take
possession of the footpath along Clifton Rise as our scaffold will be built off the footpath in this
location.
We are due to commence the demolition works from week commencing 15th July 2013 and this work
will take approximately 4 weeks. We will give you some more information in our August newsletter.
We hope that whilst we have been working, we have not caused too much disruption to your
surrounding neighbourhood. If we have we apologise and would ask if any Resident has any issues
please contact us.
