• PLUS Expressway Berhad (PEB), Malaysia is Asia’s largest and World’s sixth Largest
Toll Concession Company operating 968 Kilometers of Toll Concessions
• PEB is partially held by Government of Malaysia and is listed on Kuala Lumpur Stock
Exchange with annual revenues of USD 860 Mn
• PEB and Concept relationship goes back to 2004 when Concept assisted it in entering
Indian market. Concept is currently a minority shareholder with PEB in its Indian
Subsidiary PLUS BKSP Toll Limited (“PBTL”). anoop gupta is on the board of PBTL

•Raised US$ 35 mn of local debt with no guarantee from PEB or its bankers
•Managed construction period extension of 219 days - additional revenue US$ 5.8 mn
•Refunded PEB preference capital of US$ 3 mn through bank borrowing before

revised schedule though actual construction was considerably delayed
