Why Prism
• Ministers get little balanced, objective feedback.
• Frequently, when there is no feedback, individuals
become aware of problems and blind spots only after it
is too late to correct them.
• Prism lets a ministers hear from all corners of their
ministry.
• Prism is focused on development, not evaluation.
• Prism data should be confidential and the participant
given a high level of control over how it is used.

•A degree of risk – possibility of success or failure
•Some sacrifice
•People to influence whom you have no control
•Watchful eye of a significant individual
•Involves something new, developing new skills
