食品廢用油的使用

研究動機
 由於現在油的東西很敏感,台灣對廢油的處
理方式是把回收的廢油製成肥皂,而我們這
組想說把這些食品.工業廢油收集起來,再把
這些油過濾之後,做成清洗用品,這樣就不
用擔心油要如何回收了,而且還可以不用擔
心油是否會汙染水源了
食用廢油的處理現狀
 目前大部份的的家庭(我們這組的家中也是
幾乎倒掉)和店家都直接把油倒掉,造成生
態浩劫及環境污染。

本組採用方法:油水分離法
 使用專用容器收集回收油,禁止將回收油直接倒回
潤滑給油器。
 因回收的廢油含有水份,使用自製簡易的油水分離
器,方便將水與油分離出來。
 將廢油中的水分離出來後,用合適的過濾器將油中
的雜質濾掉。
 因過濾後的油含有一定的水份雜質,將回收後的
油存放在密閉的桶子中靜置沉澱一段時間,取用時
只用上方約3/4部份的回收油,剩下1/4的油不建議
使用,等下次再與其他廢油重新過濾。

製作肥皂所需器材
 1. 不鏽鋼鍋大小2只(5000c.c. 2000 c.c.) 最好用不煮
食的鍋(否則要過幾天再洗)
2 打蛋器一支(只用手工約打60分鐘)
3. 手套和眼鏡(護目鏡) 避免被鹼水濺到 若不小心碰到
要立刻沖水
4 溫度計攝氏100度的 一支(可共用) ,冰淇淋保溫盒一
個。
5. 量油和鹼的紙碗或大的飲料盃兩個。
6. 240c.c.牛奶紙盒 10個 入模用
(二) 最基本的材料:
1.橄欖油(喜瑞)908g (1公升裝)
2.棕櫚油250g
3.椰子油250g
4.NaOH 202g
5.RO冰水 530克
橄欖油:棕櫚油:椰子油=64:18:18
注意事項
 1.NaOH(氫氧化鈉)活性很強有腐蝕性 請小心使用
2.秤好NaOH和冰水 用小鍋混勻 不可離開視線
注意眼睛要背風才不會嗆到 降溫至50度C
3.三種油混合入大鍋加熱至50度C
4.鹼水慢慢倒入油鍋混勻(兩者同樣為冬天50度C…..
盛夏38度C視天氣而定)
5.37-40℃是最好的鹼水與油混合溫度。
製作肥皂方法二:
 1.先把回鍋油和氫氧化鈉放進燒杯內加熱半
小時﹝回鍋油和氫氧化鈉不要裝很滿,這樣
會容易濺出來,很危險哦!!﹞
2.之後把濃食鹽水倒入燒杯中混合,這會使
肥皂凝固。
3.最後把浮在溶液上的肥皂層﹝凝固的肥
早﹞拿出﹝要戴手套哦!!﹞,再把肥皂層吸
乾便成肥皂了。
本組預計成品
 我們在上面3種方法選擇第2種,預計做成洗
髮乳、洗面乳、肥皂等….清潔用品。
回收廢用油的推廣
 推廣方法:
 可以自己作肥皂,並教親朋好友一起做,不僅能省
下肥皂錢,也能減少不必要的汙染。
 可以將製作的過程PO上網或FB ,也可以在夜市做給
每個經過的看,希望藉由這些方法可以降低環境的傷
害。
 3.到各大報紙投稿有關廢油未處理對環境的破
壞!!!警告人類別自取滅亡 。
 難題:雖然我們這麼做,有些人會學習,但是有些
人還是會把油亂倒到水溝裡
 補:洗面乳洗髮乳沐浴乳都能用造化

Research motive
 Because the present oil thing is very sensitive,

clean thing, how like this didn't need the worry oil
to have to recycle, moreover also might not use
the worry oil whether could pollute the water
source

 At present major part the family (in our this
group's families also is falls over nearly) and
the shop owners all directly falls over the oil,
creates the ecology catastrophe and the
environmental pollution.
This group uses the perquisite
parting method
 Will use the special-purpose vessel collection recycling oil,
the prohibition recycles the oil but actually to return directly
lubricates the oil feeder.
 Because recycles the used oil includes the moisture, the
use self-restraint simple oil-water separator, facilitates

 Precautions
 1.NaOH (sodium hydroxide) highly corrosive

Method of making SOAP
