Brenshai SIPs are heavyweights against the
destructive agents of mold, mildew, and
termites. The Foam-Control EPS in Brenshai
SIPs is treated with Perform Guard® termite
protection.
And the entire SIP, when treated with the
FrameGuard Coating prevents mold, mildew,
and termite damage to its wood components.

Coated, there is built-in protection against
future costly repairs due to mold, fungal
decay, and termites. From the time the
building materials arrive on the job site,
throughout construction and after occupancy
of the structure, FrameGuard Coating
continues to protect the Brenshai SIP
structure and the owner’s investment. Using
FrameGuard Coated Brenshai SIPs and wood
components makes good economic sense.



Walls: 112 mm EPS Structural Insulated Panel
Outside Finish: insulating and waterproofing elastomeric coating
Floor: 162 mm EPS SIP with pressure treated OSB skins, finished
with high quality floor paint
Windows: 7 windows composed of insulated fibreglass frames with
tempered glass
Lighting: interior and soffit lighting receptacles
Electrical: 100A electrical panel for hook up for external AC power
source. Customer specifies 110 or 220V circuitry. All wiring and
receptacles are surface mount
Plumbing: Copper supply tubing. ABS drain tubing.

Deluxe 135sqm (9 x 15 x 3m) modular shelter constructed from
Structural Insulated Panels (SIP)
Division: Main hall area, meeting Room, Kitchen,
Flat Roof: 162 mm EPS SIP with Class “A” fire rating
Walls: 112 mm EPS SIP
Outside Finish: ceramic filled, insulating and waterproofing
elastomeric coating membrane
Floor: 10.25" (260 mm) R37 EPS SIP with pressure treated 7/16" OSB
skins, finished with high quality floor paint
Windows: 8 windows composed window frame and triple glazed
glass, 1x roller door for servery
Lighting: interior and soffit lighting receptacles
Electrical: Customer specifies 110 or 220V circuitry. All wiring and
receptacles are surface mount
Plumbing: customer specifies chase required.

Complete Camp . For 50 people including workers and executive
accommodation, ablutions block and a MPF dining /rec room facility
constructed from Structural Insulated Panels (SIP)
Accommodation 4 x double room facilities and 2 single room
facilities, 2 bedrooms, Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room
Dining Hall: a purpose built MPF facility doubles as dining hall
Ablutions block: consists of 4 toilets ,4 showers & 4 basins structure
can be built with composting toilets, Unisex or separate
Construction: Generally constructed over two weeks, by our
installers. we can supply a site supervisor for additional cost below.
Electrical: chases supplied at 600mm above floor Note: all internal
fitout including appliances and external finish is extra, price is for
