Simple form design tool; completely functional creation
Things to keep in mind:
 Unable to auto-populate existing data from PS or other sources

Business rules limited to only enforcing which fields are mandatory

Unable to incorporate grids or multiple rows

Branching and conditional approvals are not supported

Cannot add additional attachments once a form has been saved and
exited

Limited security options
