Please do a walk
through inspection
with your
technician to
identify soiling
conditions, carpet
construction, and
potential

Step 2 :Pre-vacuum
Your carpet is prevacuumed with our
Turbine Vacuum
System to remove
harmful, bonded,
dry soil. Vacuum
exhaust goes
outside protecting
your indoor
environment.
Furniture Moving

Sofas, chairs, and
tables will be
carefully moved,if
requested. Larger
pieces, beds and
dressers are left in
place under our
regular pricing
structure.
Furniture will be
protected with
disposable blocks
and tabs.
Step 3: Pre-Spray, Pre-Spot

Traffic areas and
spots are pretreated.
Step 4: Pre-groom

Your carpet will be (if
needed) pre-groomed
with a carpet
groomer, rake or
rotary cleaning
machine (depending
on soil level) to
further loosen traffic
area soil.
Step 5: Extract & Rinse

Once the soil has been
loosened, our stateof-the art truckmounted hot water
extraction cleaning
process will
thoroughly flush the
carpet pile. Pressure
and heat are regulated
so that carpet is not
over-wet.
Step 6: Neutralize

The pH is balanced on
every carpet and
fabric cleaned. This is
accomplished during
the extract & rinse
process.
Step 7: Post Spot Treatment


If any spots are not
removed during
cleaning process,
specialty spotting
techniques are
employed.
Note: Potential
permanent stains, as
identified by
technician, may not be
removed.
Step 8: Dry Bonnet

Some carpets (not all)
benefit from a dry
bonnet process. Ask
your technician
whether he advises
this process or not.
Dry bonnet assists in
faster drying and
prevents wicking on
some carpets.
