Project Concept
For leading a peaceful and joyful life in the serene environment after the
retirement, Pragati Group is coming up with a unique project for senior
citizens “Green Islands” with 40 Houses in each Block containing 25 Blocks
next to the prestigious and eco-friendly resort.
This project is specially meant for the senior citizens and every feature in
this project has been provided keeping in view the needs of senior citizens.
The main road will be 60’ wide and internal roads will be 40’ wide with
avenues trees and eco-friendly facilities.
Senior Citizens can lead a peaceful life of joy and contentment with dignity
where every aspect with regard to food, health, recreation, safety and
security are taken care of..
