spices and wheat products to Indian rural markets, our products are used
mainly in households, hotels, catering services, resorts restaurants and packed

C&F - ENTIRE STATE
HOW YOU CAN APPLY ?
1.) To provide refundable Security deposit of 50 Lacs for the State. To
provide all documents relevant to the Office & Warehouse land and its
amenities & information of the nature of firm under which the
agreement would be signed.
2.) To provide Complete Infrastructure – Office, Computer, Internet,
Communication, Warehouse & Logistic Vehicle with delivery person,
state in charge – (C&F In charge himself).
3.) 25% of total amount agreed upon security at the time of signing of
appraisal form. 75% of total amount agreed upon Security deposit on
the first date of agreement.

BENEFITS TO C&F
1.) Company will provide 2% of minimum guaranty (1,00,000/-) on the
deposit provided by the C&F and company will pay flat 2% margin on
total net sales turn over conditioned whichever is higher.
2.) Company will be bare below mentioned manpower/employee
packages.

3.) All expanses like Advertisement, Recruitment and Stationary etc.
are applicable to Company as per the national policy of the company as
well as promote & Support to the chain of Super Stockiest, Distributor.
4.) Company will bare all below expanses in the premises of State
Holder.
