2. The design development of our company - Impact screens of heavy-duty with a
transverse thick-walled tube, which provides flexible connection to the sidewalls and
allows loading large lumps of rock of the volume up to 0.7 m3.
3. One more new engineering development is pipe insulation of screens by sleeves from
a special rubber compound that improves noise insulation, increases the lifetime of both
sieves and guide pipes.
Jaw Crushers
These crushers are designed for
crushing ore, basalt, quartzite, granite,
limestone, sandstone. Jaw crushers are
used for various solid and brittle
materials in the primary rock processing
industry, production of building stone
and crushed stone, in metallurgy for
grinding slag.
One of the main advantages of jaw crushers
is their suitability to crush clay materials
(both dry and wet) of high strength and
abrasion; the ultimate compression strength
is up to 3000 kgf/cm2.




A combined sand washer is designed
for separating ores, non-metallic and
bulk materials into two fractions of
different sizes in water.
The source material is pulp which is a
mixture of water and crushed ore.
The material is separated into its grain
size fractions – course (not more than
15 mm) and fine (overflow - from 0,15
to 0,83 mm).

A washing device is a set of tools, united by a
common technological process of useful
material extraction from sands. It consists
of the following main units: receiving and
feeding, disintegration, washing and
formation of dumps. According to sands
feeding there are washing devices:
conveyor-scraper, hydro-elevator, dredge
pumping and sluice box; and according to
the process of disintegration - sluice box
and scrubbing. Complex of washing devices
depends mainly on size and extent of the
release of useful materials. Easy in
assembly allows moving it as placer mining.

Organization features of production
complex for rock extraction and its
processing into crushed stone
Impact Crushers produce high quality cubical
crushed stone both from high-strength
materials (basalt, granite, diorite, porphyry,
etc.) and from weakened materials (dolomite,
limestone); after processing in centrifugal
impact crusher the crushed stone acquires
characteristic features that significantly
expand its application.





The present technology permits to get the crushed
material of high consumer properties:
flakiness is typically 2-7%, and reliably does not exceed
15%, which corresponds to the I group crushed stone in
accordance with GOST 8267-93;
crushed stone strength is 10-15% higher than the feed
material strength;
dust content of final product fractions does not exceed
1%;
screening (a fraction of 0-5 mm), produced after
crushing, in its grain size composition and isometric
shape of grains is an excellent filler for asphalt mix.
