• For assessment to be successful: put aside the
question, “What’s the best possible knowledge?”
and instead ask, “Do we have good enough
knowledge to try something different that
might benefit our students?”

conclusions that we have drawn from
assessment data are correct is to try to
change something and see what happens.”
