KENDELL . COMMENCED CRM TRAINING IN 1991 AFTER RECEIVING FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FUNDING. EXTERNAL PROVIDERS USED UNTIL 1998 WHEN IN HOUSE TRAINING INTRODUCED. HAZELTON . SOME CREW RECEIVED AN INITIAL COURSE,LITTLE OR NO FOLLOW UP TRAINING.
