SITUATION
Overall: The remains of Isaac are a low pressure
system that will move slowly eastward across the
Ohio River Valley, causing heavier rain and scattered
thunderstorms to much of the eastern third of
CONUS. The front attached will cause the potential
for flash flooding in the NE and again along the gulf
coast. The river flooding in SE LA/MS coasts is
receding, and should be mostly clear by Saturday.
Tropical Storm Leslie in the Atlantic is slowly
strengthening and moving NNW toward Bermuda.
Most model tracks have the storm not making
landfall on the US coast, but it does have potential to
be 300-400 NM to the east of New England by
Tuesday the 11th.
