The agreement consists of Framework Agreement and INSERTION ORDER：
Framework
Agreement
Framework Agreement : Agree on the contents between CP & 9Game, the right
and obligation, but not including the details about the promotion ways, promotion
period, settlement methods and time period. It’s normally an Open-ended contract.
INSERTION Insertion Order: as an attachment of the framework agreement, every new game
should have one and it should be signed every year. The Insertion Order should
ORDER
illustrate the promotion ways, promotion period, settlement methods and time.
SDK Integration and Test
9Game developers will help CP in SDK integration, initialization and testing:

9Game will confirm the promotion schedule with CP and make sure the game will
get enough traffic at the terms agreed on.
Google Play Promotion
⌘ For S level games which need to be ranked on Google Play, normally we will
promote the APK version for 30 days at first. After that a new version will be
released on Google Play by 9Game and let players to upgrade. This has no effect
on the existing payment method. The ranking time is generally 7 to 10 days.
When the rank is stable, the game will return to APK promotion.
Data Analytics & Game Re-optimization
9Game offers detailed data reports on multiple dimensions, including
Download, DAU, retention rate, payment and other key statistical analysis；
helping developers accurately optimize the game.
Developers can check all data by login to our developer portal (will be released soon).
