Kedar Joshi has over 15 years experience in Consulting, IT Risk Management, Financial Accounting, Analysis and Reporting. He
started his career at M/s A F Ferguson & Co(currently known as Deloitte & Touche) where he was led Statutory Audits for listed
Companies like Tata Motors, Cummins etc. He has worked with HCL Technologies Limited as a CFO for 2 of it’s large global
subsidiaries. He orchestrated a key role in developing Risk Management & Compliance practice for M/s KPIT Cummins Info-systems
in their across America. He then was part of Ernst & Young in New York in their Technology Risk Consulting and Information
Management & Analysis Practice working on variety of projects including Technology & Security Audits, SAS 70 Assessments,
Management Consulting, Compliance, Risk Reporting, Cost Reduction, etc. in the Financial Services Industry. His clients included
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and various other hedge funds and broker dealer clients in the Asset Management industry.
Y. Pandit - MBA, CPA , CISA
Yogesh has more than 15 years of diverse experience in consulting and advisory practices. He worked for Ernst & Young in New York
for in the Performance Improvement and Risk Advisory practises. He has worked with many top tier Financial Services organizations
and Fortune 500 companies. Some of them being GE, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Fannie
Mae, Moore capital, and PNC. He has also worked on multiple asset management firms and midsize banks. His expertise also
includes working on process change projects as a result of financial, regulatory and accounting reforms such as SOP-03-3, IFRS,
FAS157/159, Bank Holding Company etc. Yogesh has also worked as Global PMO lead and led projects for large financial institutions
in process improvement and change management. He has assisted executive management in implementing risk management
programs and providing project or program management support services at large financial services clients. He has also led or
supported audit and advisory on multiple engagements that included assessment and management of IT and business processes and
controls.
Kedar Deshpande- CISA/MCSE/CCNA/PGDCM
Kedar has experience in information technology (IT) security, audit and risk management experience. He has worked on projects
comprising of designing information security architecture and processes, general IT controls and application controls testing, security
policy and best practices design, review and compliance audit, SOX, SAS 70 and GLBA compliance, ISO27001/BS7799 solutions.
Kedar is a member of the core team involved in development of CERT-IN for Government of India. He has worked for some of India`s
technology and finance giants such as WIPRO Technologies, Geometric solutions Co. Ltd ,Citigroup , Network Security solutions. His
clients experience include multiple Fortune 500 companies
