Mark Page

 Mr. Page graduated from the University of Illinois in 1979 with a B.S. degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. He has 18 years of experience at McDonnell Douglas / Boeing. There, he worked many years in the Stability & Control Department on projects ranging from the Propfan to the HSCT supersonic transport. Later, he headed the Aerodynamics Department for the Boeing MD-90 during the design phase. His most rewarding project was the NASA-sponsored Blended-Wing-Body. Here Mr. Page served as the Technical Program Manager with Chief Designer Blaine Rawdon, and renowned “Wing-Man” Dr. Robert Liebeck as Program Manager.

Jeff Koehler

Jeff Koehler was formerly the Director of Air/Ship Integration, for the Navy-Unmanned Combat Air System program at Northrop Grumman. In this capacity he oversees technology development and maturation activities encompassing all aspects of autonomous mission management. Prior to joining the Navy UCAS program, Jeff worked closely with the F-35 and B-2 programs at Northrop Grumman. He has been working in the area of mission management for over 20 years. As a former Air Force aviator, pilot trainer and commander, his military knowledge and expertise provides a bedrock of experience to base much of his opinions and insights in the broad area of autonomous aircraft. In addition to his professional expertise, his academic credentials include a Bachelor’s (’63) from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a Master’s (’77) from Golden Gate University. Over the years he has kept in touch with academic thinking, through courses from both UCLA and USC, across various disciplines including artificial intelligence. 9
