Pull the CFD061

Pull the Customer profile (CPR)
•
Compare the following:
• Customer Type
• Date of Birth
• TIN Number
• TIN Type
• TIN Certification
• Employee Code

Compare information between the two RCIF records
•
If duplicates don’t have a Tax ID Number, confirm they have foreign status- W8 on file

Take note of Date of Birth on both records
Must match between records
If one record reflects certified, this is indication proper documentation has been signed and can FM RCIF record (non-certified one) to
