Information Prescriptions
Information prescriptions aim to provide people with long term
conditions with timely, relevant and reliable information to empower
them to make decisions about the care and services they receive.
(Your health, your way. DH, 2009)

Books on Prescription
Books on prescription involves partnership working between clinicians
and librarians where a clinician offers a prescription to a patient who
