WHO WE ARE
Bulgarian Cluster Telecommunications (BCT) is among the first ICT clusters founded in Bulgaria One of the first ICT clusters established in Bulgaria: Founded in 2008 under the project, funded by PHARE Programme and the Ministry of Economy and Energy Registered as legal NGO since 2010.
Member of Association of business clusters in Bulgaria Certified with Bronze Label by ESCA
