Caller Service Fees
• Must be paid at the new St. Paul BME in Eagan for Caller Service customers with Zip
Codes 55164, 55133, 55144, 55145, 55146, 55155, and 55170 effective 9/20/10.
Permit and Business Reply Mail (BRM) Annual Fee payments (bulk mail, First
Class, etc)
• Payments may be made at 180 E Kellogg, at the new St. Paul BME in Eagan, or at the
mailing address provided on your fee renewal invoice
Deposits to Accounts: Business Reply Mail (BRM) and Postage Due (PD)
• Payments must be made at the station/branch holding the account
• Payments to BRM and PD accounts held in the new Eagan facility must be made at that
facility.
• Deposits to BRM/PD for above zips must be made at 180 E Kellogg Retail Window
between 9/3 – 9/19/10. 9/20/10 and beyond these payments will be made at the St.
Paul BME in Eagan.
Deposits to Accounts: (Permit Imprint, Periodicals, and Permit Additional
Postage)
• May be made at the new St. Paul BME in Eagan or at the St. Paul Main Post Office
(180 E Kellogg).
Business Mail Entry (BME)
• Convenience Deposit Point (CDP)
– Maximum of 5 trays or sacks per mailing, 2x per day
– Must submit statements electronically
• Register to use CDP drops and help with electronic
statements: 651-293-3771 or x3772
– Not eligible for Sectional Center Facility (SCF)
discounts
– CDP’s do not have tray/sack labels
– If there are any errors with the mailing – you will have
to go to Eagan BME to correct them
