Metalwork shop has 24 lines. 24 trucks can be served there simultaneously, including truck and
semitrailer on 1 repair line. All kinds of the metalwork works recommended by manufacturer of
trucks and buses are carried out(incl. repair of engines and transmission). Moreover repair and
service of semi trailers of such manufacturers as Schmitz, Koegel, Krone, Grunwald and other brands
are carried out. Also we can service and repair semi trailers of such manufacturers as Flad&Flad,
Bischoff and Scheck.
Our service equiped with electronic measuring control system of wheel aligment and poisition of
axels, which gives a possibility to check axels and wheels of trucks and buses. Personel was trained
directly by manufacturers of equipment . At the moment service works around the clock and more
then 200 people are working in service, what we can see by amount of norm-hours. This indicator
shows around 15000 norm-hours per month.

Total length is 16,5 meters
Booth has 2 parts. This design allows to operate the two compartments independently from each
other. Also 2 separate zones of preparation are provided. The exhaust System corresponds to the
most strict requirements of the European standard. Paint shop is equipped with the latest
equipment. This zone has its own system of preparation of paint.
