INTRODUCTION




This software is used for plant’s that involves
in the manufacturing sectors.
The software is used to keep track all the
information related to the chemical in the
workplace.
The software will help to provide report related
to the DOSH.
The Submission of the CHRA should be done
for every 4 years to DOSH.

FLOW OF THE SOFTWARE








The Plant’s are divided in to Workplace with unit and the Assessment Date.
The Flow of the software will process as step from FORM A to FORM F.
The Form A that will capture the Chemical Name and determine the Hazard rating
following the DOSH Guidelines.
The Form B will capture the data related to the Work Place such as the no of
employee, nature of work etc.
The Form C will capture the data of Degree of Chemical Released and Degree of
Chemical Absorbed.
The Form D will provide the conclusion according to the risk decision.
The Form F will have all the information that is related to the Existing Measure,
Action to be Taken and Assessment Detail’s
The Reports are generated from FORM A to FORM F.
