“Warm Market Scripts”
In advance of calling to telling someone in your warm
market about your new business:
• Identify several reasons why you think they could
help you in your business:
• Savvy business woman with a lot of contacts
• Fun out going person with tons of friends
• Church, community, job
This will validate why you thought of them… so you
could genuinely say,
“I’d love to have your opinion, I need your feedback”.
A) Hey, Susan, what’cha doing – it’s Donna. Do you have a couple of
minutes? Yes ~ Great! I just want to call and tell you about my new
business. I’m SO excited. Pause and wait for her to ask you. “What new
business?” Everyone will ask.
“Thanks for asking, I want everyone who knows and loves me to know
what I’m doing. I’ve partnered with Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy
Fields who created Proactiv. They revolutionized the treatment of acne
which made them billionaires. They have now turned their attention to
the 3 Billion $ Aging skincare market. If we’re breathing, we’re aging.
Here’s why I am calling you. Susan, you are one of the savviest, well
connected people I know. You probably have 2,000 friends on
Facebook!
All I want to do is to grab coffee with you, catch up and tell you what
I’m doing. I think you could be a huge connector for me. You never
know when somebody might say to you….
• I’ve gotta go back to work.
• I need to do something part time to help out.
• I’m getting ready to retire and I don’t know how I’m going to pay the
bills…
Susan, I’m only looking for people who are looking for me. And God

successful at whatever you do). Pause & listen to their response to
your compliments.

Example you can personalize:

• I’m going to be recognized

….AND it would mean the world to me to have you be my guest. The energy is
going to be so positive. I believe if you saw the enthusiasm, you might be able to
lead me to just the right person in my business. Immediately when I heard about
this event, I thought about you.
You are such a savvy business woman and so connected, you might think about
somebody and seriously change their life. You know, I am in Rodan and Fields
because of someone just like you…referring Rodan and Fields to my business
partner, and here I am. The event is: month, day, time. Can I count on you?
Calling Professionals in your Network that you don’t know well…
D) 5 minute phone call script to introduce a prospect to the business:
Hi _____, this is _______, how are you doing? Great! Have I caught you at
a good time, do you have 5 minutes right now? Perfect, that’s all I’ve got too.

first people I thought of because I have always (genuinely compliment them).
You may or may not have a personal interest, but like I said, I have always
(compliment) ..And I know if this isn’t a good for you, that you will be able to
lead me to a few great people in your network.

microdermabrasion tool ~ THE MACRO E. I’m so excited about this
exploding market.
What I do in addition to being one of their “Brand Ambassadors” of this

how to leverage their network to discover another way to increase their

The doctors realized that they were only reaching one person at a
time behind the cosmetic counter and they saw this huge wave of
social media coming. In a very smart and unprecedented move they
pulled from high end retail and moved into direct sales.

Warm Market Questions to Ask BEFORE you share your
R+F Business. Check their Facebook before you call
them. Keep the conversation ALL about THEM!
Use this acronym to ask questions to someone in your warm
market that you haven’t seen in awhile:
F - Family – How are the kids?
R - Reminisce – Remember when we….
I - Interests – I was looking on Facebook and saw that….
E - Exciting – I saw the pictures on Facebook about….. WOW!
N – Names of people you have in common
D – Diet – I need to lose 20 lbs… have you tried a new one?
DRIP FILE
Then, let’s say there’s no next step. The next step is to put them into
your “drip file”.
Keep them in the loop regarding your business with occasional
emails, keep them in the loop about new product launches.
Things may change down the road and someone just might come to
mind they could plug into your business, or they, themselves might
have a change in the future and need a new business or maybe
simply need a new product for their skin.
