Governance:

Originally, a board of 7 local residents plus 2 alternates with 4 of the elected board being tribal members and 3 non-tribal members governed the Inchelium Community Health Center. As the health facilities project evolved, the Inchelium board joined the Keller board to create the Colville Nation Community Health Centers Board. This health board is made of 7 residents from Keller, 7 residents from Inchelium and up to 2 alternates from each respected district. Executive, Finance, Quality, Nomination, Inchelium and Keller serve as standing committees of this board.
